Question: What are the actual dimensions for this motorcycle? My brother will be going along this exact route, but I need to know the length of the bike to determine if we have room for it. Question: Hello - would the shipper (or originating location) be willing to place & secure bike to a suitable skid / long pallet or OEM like crate base so as to be acceptable for transport by common carrier service? ... THX (1/9/2009)
Response: IT DEPENDS UPON THE PRICE. I ONLY PAID $1560 FOR THIS SMALL BIKE IF I COULD GET IT SHIPPED FOR $200 I WOULD HAVE HIM SKID IT FOR THE OTHER $50 (1/9/2009)
Response: good and as per uShip rules, bid rated all inclusive per posting info: “Residential to Residential” with Liftgate service at curbside for both ... Shipper (consignor) to load item onto liftgate & Consignee to unload same from liftgate ... bike to be placed & secured upright to a suitable long pallet / skid or OEM like crate base & must be within the footprint thereof not overhanging ... fuel to be drained / gas free & battery (if applicable) disconnected ... any additional parts or accessories to be boxed up & also secured to same pallet ...
