Question: I could load this car in Calif, and deliver to the US border at Blaine, WA, on Interstate 5, for $1108, fully insured. Let me know what you think. Rick (2/13/2009)

Response: Hello
I delayed my trip to San Diego one week. I like the idea of dropping it off in Blaine Washington, but I still prefer for the vehicle to be dropped off at my address. My landlady says the battery in the car has died, they tried charging it but no luck, so I will have to go and get it ready for the trip. I will assess it next weekend and give you an answer. there is no rush but I am gratefull for your quick responses. Thank you for your time and happy presidents day.. (2/16/2009)

Question: Hello Shipper. Will you require door to door delivery? Or could you accept delivery on the Mainland to save ferry fees? (2/17/2009)

Response: I am flexible and for what ever is more convenient for you. I do prefer door to door, but if time is a factor, no worries. Do you require payment up front or upon delivery (2/18/2009)

Response: We accept payment upon delivery. Will you be using a broker for the customs clearance? (2/18/2009)

Question: Could it be driven? Thanks. (2/27/2009)

Response: yes, it can be driven. I am heading down to put a new battery in it as the other one has died and is not chargable. I will be at the Alpine, San Diego County location on March 7th, 8th and 9th to prep her for who ever needs to drive it onto a rig.
(2/27/2009)

Response: I could change a battery or hire a movil service to prep it so that you do not have to come by. My questions was driving it from California to BC. I have delivered to Victoria and loaded in Nanaimo household goods. The problem is that they charge about $5 a foot on the ferry and a moving truck is 34ft then add the trailer. Best solution would be to drive the car into the ferry and live the truck and trailer in a parking lot. (2/27/2009)

Response: I have to go get some things at my residence anyway, so I will be there to organize other things. I dont mind paying the extra charges to have it dropped off at my residence here in Nanaimo. But then again you are right about the two way trip off of the Island, unecessary expense. I can pick it up in Vancouver, no worries that way. So it would be from Alpine to Vancouver at a pre-determined location. Would you accept COD. or some other arrangement. thank you so much (2/27/2009)

Response: Would you want the car delivered at the ferry to Nanaimo or at the border? Do you want a bid for a pulling it with a trailer or driving it to you? When do you need this done? Any bids over $1,000 are paid 1/3 on accepting bid, 1/3 on loading, rest on delivery. Under $1,000 it would be 1/2 ahead, rest on delivery. You could do a bank wire or money order, which make take days to arrive. I do not place people in the schedule until deposit arrives. (2/27/2009)

Response: If you can haul it to Blaine, Washington that would be fine. I prefer for it to be hauled. I would like this to happen by the end of March 9th-13th. Would just need an arrival time to Destination. I can wire a payment through the bank. cheers (3/2/2009)

Question: I'm interested in hauling this for you but I'm a little confused here. You list a length of 284" I thought it was arond 208". Width you have 110", I thought is was around 76.6". Height you have 91'. I thought it was around 53.2" If you are correct of width I can't haul it my trailer is 8.6' wide. Help me out here.
I also need to know the ground clearance. I could haul it to Blane WA. for you for $1000.00. Please take a look at the figures you have and let me know if yours are correct or if mine are. Maybe you are figuring useing metric. I'm not good at converting. Please get back to me soon. Thanks, Carrie (3/8/2009)

Response: hi, yes I believe the dimensions are still the original ones seen before, your figures are correct. You are right for the metric conversions seems to be all screwy? Something wierd happened when I did a re-bid request, the numbers were not translated the same for some reason. I would like to accept that bid request to Blaine WA. the ground clearance is very low, perhaps 12 inches. (3/8/2009)

Response: OK I'm going to put in a bid of $1000.00 to Blane WA. I think that the ground clearance is more like 4" or 5". I'll bring the long ramps. I will need some one to help me load the car. Before you except my bid pleace make sure there is some one to help load and get the ground clearnaceto please.
Thanks, Carrie (3/9/2009)

Response: I can be there, just tell me what day. Actually I can be there on friday evening. Can we do that, arrange to meet up at the address at about 5:00 o clock fridat afternoon or what is your time frame. It will take me two days to drive there. Thank you so much. (3/9/2009)

Response: I am going to load a car to take down to LA tomarrow or Wed at the latest. I would like a little more time to make sure that I am there by the time that you are there. This car that I am loading tomarrow is going to be a hard one and there isn't much help in getting it loaded. Could we set the time to be sometime Sunday or Monday. Would that work for you? If you are sure you want me to do the hauling for you please except my bid. That way I can work accordingly to be there at an agreed upon time. Thanks, Carrie (3/9/2009)

Response: Sunday Sounds good. I am still trying to accept the bid and pay the booking fee. I can only get so far, its stuck, paypal ugh... I have to go to the bank to verify some things first then it will hopefully work. I am working on it though, its all i am trying to do at the moment.. (3/9/2009)

Response: OK, that sounds good. I will be looking for your exceptance of my bid. See You Sunday. We can set a time on Sunday after you except my bid and we can than talk on the phone. Thanks, Carrie (3/9/2009)
