Response: The windows don't seat too well into the top's weatherstrips. I need an enclosed carier or a guarantee of no rain. If you have an enclosed carrier then we can do business. (5/7/2007)
Question: hello !I have something that will keep out rain. also if a rock hits a glass it wont break.i can guarantee no water will get in where i put this stuff. Allso I have cargo at no cost to you.Let me know \. If it is a go I will let u pay u ship and u pay me.jerryd123326 have a nice day!!! (5/7/2007)

Question: I have been hauling out of A auction for some time over two yeaes.I have soumthing to put on it and ran can not get in.Ihave caes from time to time with windows out or a hold in the windshield. water don't get in and it don't hurt the paint.Sir it will keep the water out.I dont need any bad feed back it will work.thanks and have A nice night.jerryd123326 (5/7/2007)
Response: Hello Jerry. If you have somehting (tarp?) that will keep it dry and safe without marring the finish I thenk we can do business. What is the Uship fee? What vehicle documentation do you need? When and how do you need the payment? And, most importantly, when could the car be at my door? -Greg (5/8/2007)
Question: (5/8/2007)
Response: (No question text posted, Jerry. Try again, please. -Greg) (5/8/2007)
Question: A tarp will mess up the paint. It would be better to let it get a little wet. Duct tape around the top an windows will work. i do this all the time. (5/8/2007)
Response: (My thoughts exactly. Low tack duct tape or "racing" tape that won't take the paint off sounds good.) (5/8/2007)
Question: I will be in the area next week. i can do it on open trailer for target price. I have a 36 olds I haul all the time. Actually, I have it on ebay right now. Take a look. 36 olds (5/8/2007)
Response: Thanks, but JerryD responded first so I need to see if it will work out with him before I give the job to anybody else. Fair is fair. (Is your '36 the yellow one?) (5/8/2007)
Question: Yes; the yellow one (5/8/2007)
Response: That's a sharp car. I'm a Pittsburgh Pirate fan so the color scheme is perfect. My heart is with mid-80's BMW 6-series, but an rumbling American V8 always stirs my soul. But back to business. To be fair I'll give Jerry D. a few more hours to respond to my questions above. Would you please answer the same ones? The car is located in Forest City, NC about 35 miles north of Spartanburg. -Greg (5/9/2007)
Question: Not sure what Uship fee would be, they just changed the rates. I would guss by the first bid you got, about $84. I can inter a bid to see, an can always lower it if need be. Once I pick up the car, it would be to you in about 24 hours. Payment would be when you get the car. Read the info on my olds again! Let me know if you want me to bid. thanks Jay (5/9/2007)
Question: Good morning! The material I use is about 50.00 a roll. you dont need any thing other what i have I won't need A tarp.would saturday be ok with u to pick up the car? If this is a go please let me know. You can fax copiess of bill sale.I will give you my fax after you expett my bid. thanks and have a nice day !! jerryd123326 (5/9/2007)
