Response: Doc I am very interested in your transporting of my car. I read your feedback and saw your pics. I like the idea of you being a Independent operator. I do have a few questions. Since I am very anxious to get my car here and I have had bad luck with major transporters not meeting commitments, how sure are you about the pick up date? Also, I don't understand the insurance ($.60 a pound) issue. If you can answer these questions to my satisfaction and lower your bid to $700, I would gladly use you..... Response: Hello: I have never been late with pickup before except when I got stuck in a bad snow storm in Northern Ca. a couple of weeks ago and I was only late 1 day then and the customer knew it as I stay in daily contact via email. About the insurance: I have liability on the trick and the 60 cents per lb. is how much damage I will personally cover(it will cover customers deductable). If you need more insurance, transport insurance it can be purchased at a reasonable price through uship. I also can lower the price to 700. Thank You (1/18/2008)
