Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello, This is Tony from Wolverine Farm Services. I do not know when I would be in your area to ship this item. How ever Just for a Idea with the price of fuel the way it is at the current moment the least I would be able to do it for is about $550. Thank you for your time Tony (4/30/2008)
Response: Thanks Tony, I haven't had a chance to research shippers for this shipment so I just sent it to you based on the last shipment you did for me in the off chance you might be in the area. You are right, the $500 range is probably a more realistic target, but i've seen a few similar shipments go in the $300 range so I averaged. I know there are some implement companies out of Denver that take stuff east and often return empty. Keep me in mind if you have a shipment in the area, you probably won't be headed my direction empty though. Thanks! Jason (4/30/2008)
Question: Hi, thanks for the bid request. I don't have the right type of trailer for your load..you need a flatbed, all I have is a wedge trailer. Good luck with your transport. Theta Transport,LLC (5/1/2008)
Response: Thanks (5/1/2008)
Question: Sorry, I don't have the necessary equipment to move this . Thank you very much for the request. (5/1/2008)
Response: Thanks (5/1/2008)
Question: Hello & Thank You for your request. I would be unable to help you; just do not have the right equipment for your truck size. Thanks again and I appreciate your time and consideration. Dan - Weatherford, Tx... (5/1/2008)
Response: Thanks (5/1/2008)
Question: Thanks, for bid request. However like most on uship we are a three car carrier, your truck is way to heavy for us.Perhaps you will find a empty hotshot or big truck needing a backhaul, good luck.Cal-Ok Transportation. (5/4/2008)
Response: Thanks! (5/4/2008)
Question: Hi, Matt-amc123, I could probably do this shipment, but it's a little to heavy for my trailer. If it were closer to 12,000, I don't beleive it would be a problem. Is there a way you can get a more accurate weight on this truck? Thanks, Matt (5/4/2008)
Response: Matt, I'm headed that direction next weekend. I was planning on running it through the scales at a grain elevator while I'm there and getting more precise measurements. I will have more accurate dimensions and wieghts in a week or so, maybe sooner. I think it will be less than what I have guessed. Thanks! (5/4/2008)
Response: OKay, I've hauled a couple of single axle dump trucks on this trailer, I'll bet it is closer to around 12000-12500. Thanks, I'll keep an eye on it and a load going out East from Denver area. Matt (5/6/2008)
Question: Thanks for the bid request, however,I won't be in the area. (5/4/2008)
Response: Thanks! (5/4/2008)
Question: Thank you for the bid reguest. Do you still need this piece of equipment shipped? (5/4/2008)
Response: Yes, I don't have a precise ship date yet, though. Thanks! (5/4/2008)
Response: Thank you for your response. I will place a bid and you can contact me when you get a date to pick it up and we can work out all the details then. Thanks G.M.E. (5/5/2008)
Response: Thanks, I'll send you an email. (5/6/2008)
Question: Thank you for your bid request, however we will not be going this way in the next 3 or 4 weeks. Best of luck to you. Kevin (Big Sky Transport) (5/5/2008)
Question: Hi, you had sent a bid request to me a while back,I was wondering if you got those messurements and weight. I have a 24' goose neck trailer and would be able to squeeze this haul in this week if you still need it done. The only problem- I wont be able to do it for the 400. It would be a little more than that.Get back with me if you still need this done and we can discuss this.Thank you! (5/11/2008)
Question: Hi, Can this be driven to destination? (5/17/2008)
Response: No. It is driveable, but would not pass inspection if stopped. (5/17/2008)
Response: OK, Thanks for the response and good luck with your shipment. (5/17/2008)
Question: Hi, did you ever get a chance to get an accurate weight? Matt (5/20/2008)
Response: Matt, The titled empty weight of the truck is 5,500, but I still need to run it through the scales with the new dump bed on it. I would think that a 6yd bed would weigh a maximum of 2,000 lbs, but I will let you next week. Thanks! (5/20/2008)
