Additional Information: This is a Non-Running 1949 Dodge Power Wagon pickup truck project. The motor is bolted on a pallet bolted in the pickup bed, and the cab includes five extra tires in it, and misc loose parts. I checked the boxes "will need help loading" and "Unloading", but, people will be available to help at both ends. What I mean is that the rig does not run, it steers and rolls, it has no brakes, and it will need to be winched on and off. The truck is painted flat black primer, so there is no special paint to protect. The rear fenders are now attached. I don't have a current picture. An enclosed transport trailer would be nice, but, is not required. This truck is about 83 inches tall. It is old, but, it is my baby. So don't bid unless you like ol' trucks and plan to treat it right. Your bid is an agreement that transport insurance is included in your bid price, and you'll provide your Motor Carrier number. Transport this rig here without any damage, and with nothing missing, and I'll take you out to dinner on me! The rig is available for pickup now. I prefer to use PayPal for payment. Half at pickup, and the remainder at successful delivery. Report a Violation

Question:

Shipper: It is not my intention to offend you, but part of your request is not possible. There isn't an insurance company in the United States that offers "zero" deductable cargo insurance. Even if there was, no legitimate motor carrirr could afford it and still stay in business. It may become zero loss to you, but that's because the transporter eats it. Report a Violation
Response: Good point. I'll edit that. Thanks! Gene4/19/2006Report a Violation

Hello,we are Apricia Services. We are a fully licensed and insured transportation company that is based out of Vancouver, WA. I will have a truck and trailer combo in the pickup area next week that is equiped with a winch and everything else to do this. We are kind of new to uShip, but have excellent feedback. We are also huge truck guys. As a matter of fact maybe you could help me when I start my '49 Chevy Cab Over project. We would need $1500.00 to do this, but I can promise you that it would be done right and treated like it was our own. This price is all inclusive, with insurance, road tolls, and any hidden costs included. If this works for you, get back to me ASAP and I will Place a formal bid. Thank you, Apricia Services MC#555602, DOT#1448016Report a Violation
Response: Only thing I can see is you want a little more than I want to spend. I have another guy interested but he can't get there until about 3 weeks from now. I'd hop on your bid at $1400.4/21/2006Report a Violation
