Response: I clicked on ask a question and the darn thing declined the offer you sent of $857.00 which confusses me, if we agree on $750.00 and split the $103.00 divided by 2 is $51.50 add my split to the $750.00 + $51.50 = $801.50 submit an offer for $801.50 and i will accept $801.50 Thank you.
