Additional Information: I need this little Chevy pickup moved from a farm outside Scottsbluff, Neb to Santa Clarita, CA, approximately 30 miles north of Los Angeles. It can be driven onto a trailer. Report a Violation

Question: Hi, I have placed a bid on hauling a car to IOWA leaving right after the 1st of Apr. If I am accepted for that move, I would like to bid on moving your PU for your target price on the way back. I use a custom open single car trailer so while in my posession your truck would be my only concern. If you would like I will submit a bid as soon as I have the east bound trip scheduled. Question: Of course it sounds like we would try to arrange with another carrier. Thats the job of a broker. To establish a carrier company to transport your vehicle. (it helps from having to go through the trouble of you having to use sites such as this) We find the cheapest transporter for you. (see our bid detailes) We are 100% licensed, insured, and athorized brokers. (3/27/2006)
Response: I'm sorry but I didn't realize this site encouraged the use of brokers. It was my understanding that independent truckers who were actually planning a trip and wanted additional loads were the target audiance. I can locate brokers on many other sites. Response: Hi, Steve - By all means, you should bid on this haul. I'm not overly concerned that you do not provide insurance as the total investment in this '46 Chevy pickup is not all that great. I just want someone who is reliable and with whom the fellow in Nebraska and I can communicate with to coordinate the pick up and delivery of this vehicle.
