Question: That's an old one. Pretty sure on weight ? I can winch on but my winch does not have a brake for off loading. (12/29/2006)
Response: Not sure on weight. I estimated based on the weight of a 2006 Ford F-350 (large V8 and duals) which was 5,350 lbs. The International has a straight 6 and duals but a much heavier bed, so it may be more, but not a lot more. I have guys here during normal working hours on workdays to help unload. I have a winch to help unload, but we can also successively block the wheels with wood, of which I have a lot. We can also use the truck parking brake which I presume is mechanical and probably still works. I presume that the truck's hydraulic brakes no longer work. I also have plenty of room to just let the truck roll off. We have a driveway 100 yards long. Best, Mike S. [phone number removed] (12/29/2006)
