Question: Hi, Please check my driver profile and feedback! I specialize in Classic, custom and special cars. I am a single car carrier, licenced and insured (liability only on transported vehicle) I use a 06 Ford F350 dually 4WD and a custom 18" open single car trailer with winch. I have just carried a 1929 Desoto (all original) from St. Louis MO to San Diego. My rate is $.80 per loaded mile. (944 mi @ .80 = $755.20,I understand that is a little higher than your target but It is impossable for a single car carrier to move that distance for less. As a non runner your car is a special case and requires special attention. Also my fee depends on if I can secure a pay load going north. At this point I am open for the first two weeks in Aug. Response: Sounds great, you will be able to deliver the car to Vacaville??? I live only about 1 mile off Hwy 80. Time frame sounds good. As stated the 36 ford does not run, if you have a winch that would be great but if not help will be at the shipping point to help you load. Put in the bid and I will except. Thanks for for response.
