Response: Hello, Thanks for your reply. To answer your question, Yes. I relisted it becuase I needed to change the info to give providers a better defined timeframe of availability. The system will not allow updates as long as "open" bids are present. Please post your offer for consideration as I will be making a decision shortly on who I will be contracting.
