Response: Time frame is pickup anytime before 8/15. Our price range depends on whether it is door to door or if we meet along the route to pick up. We are thinking south of sacramento in the $500's. But we are new to this too, so hopefully we don't offend anyone with our price expectations. (7/16/2007)
