Response: Wednesday is the only day that works - and it turns out tomorrow is the last chance.. but it would have to be early afternoon I think . .. Theboat is on a dolly but no trailer - it is a little long for a van or pickup I think unless it can be on a protected lumber rack - let me know - I will hold off on the others as long as possible - thanks , Eric (10/6/2009)

Response: Thanks for the quick reply. I will transport this on a lumber rack that is integrated with the side boards on my 1997 Ford F350 crew cab pick up. Is this boat out of the water now? Can you accomodate my delivery times - Friday night or Saturday morning? As far as care and handling, I will have my sons help me load it. Will you or someone be available to help unload it? I will insure that it is padded and protected wherever it rests on the truck to avoid scratches, etc. I will also transport the dolly and mast. I am available tomorrow afternoon - around 4 or 5 pm to load this. Please reply soon, and I will submit my bid and make definite plans to handle your shipment. Response: Boat is in the garage at my sister's house (which is about to sell - amazing beachfront house, but such is life) along with the dolly, the daggerboard, rudder, two piece aluminum mast, boom. The reason I am bothering is because it was only sailed once. I am available on Friday and Saturday. I checked the 97 F350 Crewcab specs and checked the dimesnions - a nice fit - I will add the drawing to the listing . I am just note sure if Maggie the housekjeeper/ etc. will be there until late afternoon. I will find out. (10/6/2009)

Response: Just keep me informed. I need to finalize my trip agenda as soon as possible, but I will work with you right up to the last minute. I get off work at 2:30 pm tomorrow (in Los Angeles) then I need to drive home (to Whittier) and then get my other truck to go pick up your shipment. Traffic during rush hour from L.A. to Newport will be heavy - but I can definitely get there between 4 and 5 pm. I hope this works out.
