Hello Arushan, this is William Donohoe, owner of The Shipping Shack, Inc. I personally oversee all of our shipments here on U-Ship. You will be given all of my personal contact information once our quote is accepted. This includes my personal email address, office phone number, cell phone number and our physical office address. You and the shipper at the origin will be given a copy of the LTL trucking bill of lading prior to shipping your shipment being picked up. The pick up driver will assign a PRO tracking number when your shipment is picked up. You will be able to track your shipment on line once the system is updated.
