Additional Information: We are making a Rocky Mountain Trip,& Sturgis Fest since we are flying to Denver we need the bikes ther at the time we arrive that'll noon 08/2/08, we are planning to ride til 08/10/08 time when we may drop them to carry them back.
Since we are making a pleasure trip, we need everything set for that time, so we need a serious provider, who may take care of our precious bikes.
We need insurance, for about 150 thousands, we need to know if you will palletized the bikes or wrap them properly to the trip, or if it is in a open trailer o closed. We are flying from mexico to denver, so we will set up a time to drop the bikes at Mcallen Tx, which is the closest border, and will be deliver at a HD dealer at Denver, Same place to pick up at denver, same place to drop them at mcallen drop off will be set for Wen 08/13/08.
Hope someone might privide us this service, cause we need to set up everything by late may or early june al latest.

Response: Hello again shippers, looks like you are coming down to pin pointing out someone to do this run for you. As I said before I will give you the best rate here, with the insurance you need. I beleive you stated to me that there are going to be 13 bikes is this correct?? Not that it matters to me, as long as we have enough room for everyone. I would want to know before I get to the pick-up point so that I can have enough tie-downs secured to my floor and walls to accomodate your needs. Also, I need to clarify that I would be picking up the bikes in Texas, bringing them to you guys at the airport in Colorado, and then picking them up in Colorado again 10 days later and take them back to Texas. Is this also correct?? If everything is correct, I can do this for you for very close to the 5500 to 6000 range, and would be closer to the 5500. Question: Thanks for the request, When will all the bikes be in McAllen for p/u and would like to know what kind of bikes (for size purposes) we are transporting? Bikes will be transported in 48ft enclosed trailer by a DOT compliant driver and we are insured through Lloyd's of London for our cargo insurance. Thanks Terry. (6/17/2008)

Response: BIKES WILL BE ON TIME BY YOUR REQUEST SOME TIME SINCE FIRST WEEK ON JULY TO DEPART, NEED TO BE ON AURORA BY 2 OF AGUST AT LATEST. Question: Hey bikers been to sturgis 14 times .I have hauled plenty of set ups for a motercycle trucking company out of co. I presently own a moving company out of delta co I am interested in servicing this project if still available (6/20/2008)
