Questions for this shipment:

Question: I could pick up between the 28th and 30th and deliver in 4-5 days. Your cartons come out to 18.75 cubic feet apiece. 18.75 times 12 is 225 cubic feet. That is 5 feet wide by 3 feet tall by 15 feet long if they aren't stacked on top of each other. If you stack them 2 high, its 5'wide by 6' high by 7 1/2' long. Is that what you've got? I just want to be sure before I bid. Thanks, and please check my feedback at Storti Moving. Gus (6/20/2009)
Response: Thanks for your question! Yes, that sounds right. Basically, I am putting all of my daughter's worldly belongings, lots of clothing especially, into boxes to ship to DC. Your timing sounds good, as she will likely get her apartment July 1. Thank you! Patty (6/20/2009)
Response: Ok, thanks for your answer. So do you have everything packed at this point and ready to go? Thanks again, Gus (6/20/2009)
Response: Hey Gus, I do have everything packed and ready to go, but am waiting for her to confirm an apartment lease. We are hoping she will get an apartment and move in July 1, but it could be as late as August 1. Are you flexible with dates? Thanks, Patty (6/21/2009)
Response: July 1st I could do, not August 1st. Let me know what happens and thanks for geting back to me. Gus (6/21/2009)
Response: I'd really like to use you because you sound so nice and your feedback is great. She should know something early this week and I will get back to you. Have a great day! Patty (6/21/2009)
Response: Thank you! I'll wait to here from you and you have a great day as well. Gus (6/21/2009)
Response: Hi Gus, We finally have an apartment and a firm move-in date: August 1. Would you be able to deliver close to that time from McKinney TX to Washington DC, zip code 20036? Thank you! Patty (7/10/2009)
Response: Sorry, I won't be in Texas at that time. Best wishes, Gus (7/12/2009)
Question: Hello, are you ready for pick-up soon? Thanks, (6/20/2009)
Response: I am waiting to find out when my daughter gets an apartment.... either July 1 or August 1. Should know within the next couple of days. What is your timeframe? (6/20/2009)
Response: Thanks for your prompt reply. We can accommodate a pick-up schedule on any business day, whether it's July or August. However, the price may possibly decrease/increase due to changes in fuel costs. We will you a quote shortly. Thank you! (6/20/2009)
Response: Hi, I just saw that your bid expired. I was inadvertently looking at my listing bid, and thought yours expired on July 4. My daughter is still looking for an apartment, and it will be late July or early August. I am hoping to know something final by early next week (Tuesday or Wednesday). Are you willing to resubmit?? Thanks, and sorry again that I let it expire with no response. Patty (7/1/2009)
Response: Thank you for your interest! We will re-bid soon. Are all items packed/protected for shipping? (7/3/2009)
Response: Hi, Yes, they are ready to go. I am just waiting on my daughter to finalize an apartment! As soon as her move-in date is confirmed, I'll be ready to finalize shipping. Thank you for rebidding. I will get back to you when I know her move-in date Have a happy 4th! Patty (7/3/2009)
Response: Thank you! I hope you had a great holiday as well. We look forward to working with you! (7/5/2009)
Question: Hi! I will be able to do this for you for $401. I will be going thru DC on July 7th and also July 22nd-24th. I'am based out of Dallas, so I could load at anytime. Please check out my feedback/profile. Let me know if she gets her apartment by then. Thanks Todd (6/21/2009)
Response: Wow, Todd...... who wouldn't want to do business with you? Your feedback is amazing! She should have firm dates this week, but I am 99% certain this is going to work out. Can I get back to you this week? Thanks, Patty (6/21/2009)
Response: Thank you for the fast response and kind words. Just let me know when you can, Thanks Todd (6/21/2009)
Response: Todd, I still don't know for sure if we'd want the early July or late July, but I want to go ahead and accept your bid. But I don't think you did a formal bid -- just asked the question. Is that correct? Anyway, if you submit a formal bid, I'll accept it and then we can work out the specific dates and details. Sound ok? Or let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks so much! Patty (6/23/2009)
Response: Patty, I haven't put a bid in yet. I don't ever put in a bid until all the dates/times are worked out. That way there isn't any confusion or a cancellation. The only dates that I have available to go thru DC is July 7th and July 22nd-24th. As soon as you find out your dates, just let me know and then I'll submit my bid. Thanks Todd (6/23/2009)
Response: Todd, We finally have an apartment and a firm move-in date: August 1. Would you be able to deliver close to that time from McKinney TX to Washington DC, zip code 20036? Thank you! Patty (7/10/2009)
Response: Patty, my schedule is still the same. Delivery would be between July 22nd-24th. Let me know if that time frame works for you, Thanks Todd (7/12/2009)
Response: Todd, Sorry, but one more question: will you be in DC at all in August, or is the July 22-24 date the last one for a while? I'd love to do business with you based on your incredibly great feedback and communication with me so far, but she will have no place to put the boxes until 8/l or after. They don't have to be delivered immediately after move-in, so if you're going back later in the month, I'd like to use you. Thanks, Patty (7/12/2009)
Response: Patty, I'am sorry but the only time I can get to DC is on July 22nd-24th. I don't think I'am going to the east coast in August and I have no clue what September holds for me. Wish I could help. Thanks Todd (7/13/2009)
Response: Todd, If there is still room on your truck, we can take the July 22-24 shipment to DC from Dallas! My daughter found a friend who will store her boxes. Let me know if you have room and if so when you are planning to leave. I am ready when you are. I really hope this works! Thanks for all of your communications -- hope to meet you in person. Patty (7/14/2009)
Response: Hi Patty! That sounds good. Just a couple more questions. How many boxes are actually going? Is it ok to load this Sunday? Is delivery ok on the 23rd or 24th in the morning? I'll wait to hear back from you before placing my bid. Thanks Todd (7/16/2009)
Response: Todd, I've waited to respond to be sure I had everything organized. We will have up to 12 boxes -- maybe less, but definitely not more. Delivery the 23rd or 24th morning is great. The zip code that I need delivery to is 20872. I am not familiar yet with the DC area, so I hope that this is doable for you. PIcking up Sunday in McKinney would be great. Hoping this all comes together! Thanks for your response, and I look forward to hearing from you. Patty (7/17/2009)
Response: Patty, Your listing just expired. Please make another listing so I can bid on your items. Thanks Todd (7/18/2009)
Response: Todd, I just updated it! You had said you'd pick up tomorrow, and I hope that works because it is the best day. We will be home until 1:30. Can you do it before then? Please let me know either way so I'll know what to do about packing up tonight. Thanks so much! Patty (7/18/2009)
Response: Patty, Yes I can load tomorrow before 1:30pm. I will go ahead and place my bid now and we can work out the details over the phone. Thanks Todd (7/18/2009)

Response: Earl, Thank you for your e-mail. I am still waiting to find out her exact move-in dates, but have a couple of bids, so I'll just say no thanks, but I really sincerely do appreciate your note. Good luck! Patty (6/24/2009)
Question: Hi! Any confirmed move in dates yet? Thanks Todd (6/28/2009)
Response: Todd, This "finding an apt. in DC" is turning out to be much more difficult than anticipated! I will say that we are definitely out for your first trip in early July, but are still really, really hoping for the second trip (22-24th?). We are hoping she will find something with a move-in date of July 15, or at the very least if she gets an 8/1 move-in date, asking if they can store the boxes for a week. I will keep you posted, and am very sorry for the delay! We've already had tears this morning about two apts that didn't work ..... :). My living room is filling up with the boxes, so I am hoping something turns up fast. Do you still have room in your late-July truck? Patty (6/29/2009)
Response: Patty, no worries on my end. No, matter what I will have room on my truck on both trips. Sorry your having a hard time finding an apt. Just give me a response when you find out some news. Thanks Todd (6/29/2009)
Response: Todd, My daughter is looking at a place on Tuesday or Wednesday that sounds very hopeful, but my UShip bid will have expired by then, I think. I am going to try to extend it, but if I can't, please know that I am still like 99+% sure that we want to use you for the late-July shipment. Will you look for me again if it expires?? Thanks, Patty (7/1/2009)
Response: Patty, I sure will. Once you re-list the your items, you can request a bid from me and I'll be able to see you much quicker then looking. Thanks Todd (7/1/2009)
Question: if i may ask, why the cancelation, for dates, we said we would work with your daughter and when she finds a place we will deliver, ?? (7/4/2009)
Response: Hi, sorry .... I tried to e-mail you and it didn't work. I really apologize. Because I am not ready to have it all packed up tomorrow, and I didn't know if you would move it from the storage unit to her apartment. I am sorry -- just wasn't ready, and I wanted to e-mail to explain but when I couldn't figure it out, I gave up too easily. I really did not see that you would deliver when she found a place -- I was afraid her stuff would be in storage and she'd have to go get it. Is July 5 the only date you are driving up there? Patty (7/4/2009)
Response: Well July 6th would be the latest (7/4/2009)
Response: Sorry, I just can't be ready that fast. This whole "finding an apartment" in DC has been way more difficult than we thought, so I slowed down on packing the boxes. I am really sorry!! Good luck, Patty (7/4/2009)
Response: Well DC is a tough place to find some nice, I would tell her to focus near Arlington, Alexandria, or college park, (7/4/2009)
Response: Thanks! Appreciate it very much. (7/5/2009)
Question: hello, will you be ready by the 15th of this month? (7/10/2009)
Response: Yes, I could be ready by the 15th but when would you deliver to DC? She won't have the apartment until 8/l. Thanks, Patty (7/10/2009)
Response: THAT WON'T WORK, I WILL DELIVER IN 2 DAYS IF THAT IS OK (7/10/2009)
Response: I wish that would work, but it won't. Sorry! If for some reason you end up heading back to DC in early August, please check back in and see if I've shipped my stuff yet. Thanks, Patty (7/12/2009)
Question: I can pick up tomorrow 7/13. and deliver to you either end of the week or first of next week. Can do for $375. Let me know soon. Thanks, Justin (7/12/2009)
Response: Hey Justin, I wish I was ready! My daughter gets her apartment 8/l, so I can't take delivery until then or after. Any chance you're going again?? Patty (7/12/2009)
Response: I am actually based out of the Dallas area and dont know when i will be passing through the DC area. Do you think you can maybe get a storage unit for these boxes for the rest of the month? Just a thought. Or a friend's garage? Let me know if something like that would work out on your end. Just trying to come up with ideas of how we can get these to you. Thanks, Justin (7/12/2009)
Response: My daughter is checking with a friend now to see if she can store the boxes at her apartment, but doesn't know yet. You are definitely leaving tomorrow? That's too soon for me. If you're still her in a couple of days, check back with me and I'll let you know what I've found out regarding storage for her stuff. Thanks! Patty (7/12/2009)
Response: I have other loads already and the latest I can leave and still get them delivered on time is first thing Tuesday morning. I really want to leave during the day tomorrow to make sure I stay on schedual. I can deliver as late as early next week. The weekend for drop off would be best for me. If you can make it happen let me know. Thanks, Justin (7/12/2009)
Response: Justin, I can't make that work. Really, really wish I could. Sorry!! Have a safe trip. (7/12/2009)
Question: So what is the status of this shipment? Can it be loaded this weekend and delivered Monday? Thanks! (7/18/2009)
