Additional Information: We are moving a small 11 x 14 foot office -- Two large microfilm files which will be emptied into approximately 30 banker size boxes -- There will also be approximately 10 additional banker boxes for a total of approximately 40 -- The office is on the 8th floor of an office building at 19th and L Streets in Washington DC -- The move must occur on either February 9th or 10th Report a Violation

Response: Hello: File cabinets are: (2) 62"x18"x17" ; (1) 48"x15"x25" ; Microfische reader/stand is: 56"x16"x27" (this item would need to be secured as it is fragil; other items would include 40 to 50 bankers boxes(which could be used to surround and secure the Microfische reader/stand); one small desk and credenza; several chairs and one collapsable steel shelving unit We need the move to occur on either Saturday or Sunday (preferably Saturday) Please let us know as we have another bid pending -- Thans -- Georges (2/4/2008)
