Question: I will be in Toronto and then going toward PA in about 10 days. I will give you a $700 bid but will neeed your help loading. (1/5/2008)

Response: hi, thanks for your quick response. please give us more background re your company and how many people do you have? the itmes we have are small and we can help loading it onto your vehical.anne (1/5/2008)

Response: I drive alone and hire for loading/unloading when needed. For small jobs it is too expensive. Have yuo checked or are familiar with customs requirements? Let me know if yuo wnat a bid. See my feedback. (1/5/2008)

Response: hi,ok. i understood. the items are all small except forthe 3 seat sofa. i think we can handle the loading together without hired help. Please kindly give us some references from customers so that we can decide. Are you insured and bonded? We had shipped stuff to our daughter 2 years ago and knows the rule re customs and forms.Where can i find your feedback? it is the first time i use Uship. i don't know what it means to recieve your bid. Can i receive other bids adfter yours? sorry. i will study more during this weekend and let you know on monday, if it is ok with you.thanks, anne (1/5/2008)

Response: You can find information about me by clicking on my name. The number next to my name is the people who took the time to place feedback of their experience with me and I have only positive. You can take your time to decide if to accept anyones bid. If your item is of special value you should have extra insurnace. House movers only have to have $0.60 per lb. (sixty cents)to keep us in business otherwise there will not be housemovers. I need to be in florida on 1/26 after going to CA so there is not too much time, maybe a week. Read up on other Canadians coments of me. I can't not give you contact info here or I will be suspended. Once you accept my bid then Uship will give us out contact info. I also do not want to place a bid until I am sure that I can do it. Now I am just inquiring to get an idea. (1/5/2008)

Response: Hi, Jackie, Thanks for pointing the way thru this website. The feedbacks show that you are well respected by your clients. I am gaining confidence. Please forgive me for asking all these questions as we heard too many horror stories...As for the items, they are used, but, of sentimental value.Would you be helping me in packing the glass pieces? If so, please include the estimate in your bid please. If there is no obligation involved, please kindly give us a bid at your convenience.I undertood that time is of essence for you. Thanks again. anne (1/5/2008)

Response: Ithough I sent you an email about packing glass pieces between the clothings inside drawers and also told you that I don't because I am not licensed for that pluss it does not make sende to have a truck parked while packing. Do a google search for glass packing tips. Will place bid tomorrow if you are ready. (1/7/2008)

Response: Hi, Jackie, Thanks for your good advice. It makes sense.Though I didn't get your email re packing glasses in drawers. I will pack the glass pieces myself before you arrive to pick up. Would you have special spots in your vehical to store these fragile pieces so that they would break? Please kindly give me a bid so that we can move forward. Thanks. anne (1/7/2008)

Response: I going to post my bid now. The route I will take to go to CA my final destination depends in which bids get accepted so do not keep me on hold! (1/7/2008)
