Question: Is there an elevator on each end of this shipment? (11/3/2009)
Response: Sean, thank you for responding to my post. there will be an elevator at the drop off location, but not at the pick up location. the pick up location is a townhouse , with two flights of stairs. everyone thing will be boxed up and ready to go. most items will already be brought downstairs as well. please let me know if you have any further questions. Question: Hello, we just have a few questions for you. 1- Can a 20 ft enclosed trailer be maneuvered easily at both locations? 2- Is the mattress and box spring included in this shipment? 3- Is there going to be someone at the second location? 4- Can this be done this soon? **please note that we will be in VA w/ tomorrow and in Miami on Friday. Response: you shouldn't have any problems with the truck at either location. the pick up location is on a small residential street, but would be fine. yes, the mattress and box springs are included. my move date is December 28, 2009 (11/3/2009)
