Response: Prep work is anything needing to be done to get it ready to roll down the road. Is there any porches attached/along side that has to be removed or moved? Does the skirting have to be removed? Does the utilities need to be disconnected? Are the axles and tires on it, avaliable or do we need to supply them? If we need to supply, how many does it need? Is the hitch there? Is it bolted on or does it need to be installed? IS there anything besides the home itself that has to be transported? Response: Yes, there are porches attached but they will not be moved,also the skirting will be removed by us. The electric needs to be disconnected and it has axles,tires and a hitch under the home. (9/16/2009)
