Additional Information: Both boat and car could fit together on a large flatbed or small flatbed with car/ towing boat. Trailer has new tires/ lug bolts and nuts and is in great shape. Trailer also has surge brakes. Both could fit in a shipping container for rail or vessel transport and I could deliver and pick up from the nearest port/ rail terminal. Would like both picked up after Sept 25th and delivered whenever convenient for return trip (as long as they are stored safely!). Please ask any questions. Thanks! Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment:

Question: i have a 2 car carrier i could tow the boat or car with the other on the bed if this would work let me know and i will bid . thanks (8/30/2009)
Response: I think that would work, as long as the overall length or weight isn't too much for you. The boat is really light considering size and the car is just a small honda sedan. The trailer surge brakes help out tremendously. (8/30/2009)
Question: Hello shipper, Will be delivering to Boston the first week of Sept. I have a 36" deck and can easily accomodate both on my trailer. Are you interested in 1.10 per mile? Can store in TN if needed, no charge. (8/30/2009)
Response: first week of sept is too early for me but thanks! (8/30/2009)
Response: Thanks for your responses. I will keep a watch on this in case I am back in the area in your timeframe. Good luck with your search for a carrier. (8/30/2009)
Response: Thanks! (9/1/2009)
Question: Sorry, dumb question. I misread the dates. (8/30/2009)
Response: no such thing as a dumb question- thanks for the interest! (8/30/2009)
Question: You list DRiveaway. Can the car be driven & the boat be towed? Are both registered & insured? Thanks (8/30/2009)
Response: yes, the car could be driven and the boat towed (by a seperate vehicle of course). Both are insured and registered. (8/30/2009)
Question: Hello, do you have a price range in mind and what type of boat is it? (8/30/2009)
Response: its a Macgregor Sailboat 26M. Not sure of a price, depends on several factors. Thanks (9/1/2009)
Question: I can tow your boat and come back for your car and deliver by your time frame for $1,750 flat. I want to haul my boat back from Florida to Massachusetts during that time frame. I'll place my bid, thanks! Chris (8/31/2009)
Response: Chris, We should talk, is there a number I can reach you? Thanks, Robin (9/1/2009)
Response: Unfortunately, I am not allowed by Uship rules/regulations to give out phone numbers or email unless you accept my bid offer. You can visit my profile page and actually see who I am and read about me. I'm located here in Swansea, Mass., and willing to help in anyway possible for you. Thanks! Chris Stumler (9/1/2009)
Question: robin, i can come up with my partner and pick up your vehicles in your time frame...i would hitch your trailer to my truck and he would drive your honda for you...we can have them delivered in two to three days...if $1,700.00 sound good to you, i will place a formal bid...thanks, james (9/1/2009)
Question: Robin, Chris here! I answered your question and you can review my answer and if you accept my bid then we can communicate freely and legally and finalize any details or questions you may have. Thanks again! Chris Stumler (9/1/2009)
Response: Chris, Do you think you could have both out of MA by the End of Sept? Both the boat and the car will likely be kept on a storage lot and I need to give them a departure date. I don't mind paying you cash if absolutely necessary but I need an invoice with a company name and contact info on it- can you provide this? Any other form would be much better for me, say corporate check or cashiers check or any other method you prefer. Also, would it be a problem for you if we weren't there to personally receive the items? It would probably be my father in law. If you depart MA prior to the end of Sept we could meet face to face before hand. Thanks, Robin (9/2/2009)
Response: Hello Robin! Yes! I can do this by your terms and payment options are very flexible. I do provide invoices as well as take pictures before and after the deliveries. Also, I provide updated whereabouts daily so you know exactly where I'm at each day. I don't do anything illegal and straight up all the way. Thanks! Chris (9/2/2009)
Question: Hi Robin! I changed my bid expiration status to give you extra time in making a decision because I don't want you to feel rushed. However, the earlier you accept my bid or any other Uship contracter...the better we can plan and communicate freely without limitations. Hope to hear from you soon! Chris (9/2/2009)
Question: Yes dates are fine also we take pay-pal upon pick-up. bid is for one way del. return is also available when you are ready.. we have safe storage at our place in Va if you need time to make arrangements either end Thx Randy (9/3/2009)
Question: What is the year, make and model of the boat? Are the dimensions correct (12" high?) Suzanne, Will Haul It, LLC (9/3/2009)
Response: Hi, It is probably a little less than 12 feet, I was basing that on what I thought was the measurement the last time I measured. I didn't want anyone complaining that I underestimated the height, but I think it is closer to 8 to 10. It is a 2005 Macgregor 26M Sailboat. The sides are 6 ft above the water line, the depth below waterline is 12 inches, then the rail is probably another 3 feet above the deck. Thanks, Robin (9/3/2009)
Question: Hello Robin! Are we still intersted in working out the fine lines or are you going in a another direction? I have postponed several other options but I havn't heard from you as I have answered all your questions and am ready to assist and accommodate your move. Could you let me know please? I cannot book my return flight until I have an acceptance of my bid. Is there anything else that I can do? Thanks! chris (9/3/2009)
Response: It's between you and one other person at this point. I'm trying to figure out who can provide the best service at the exact right time for me. A few things to clarify 1. Do you have any insurance that would cover my items 2. Are you certain you can get both out of MA between 9/27 and 10/4? 3. I've got an 8 foot wooden dinghy that weighs less than 100 lbs that will fit in the back of your truck bed, if I can't haul it can you? Will there be an additional charge? I'll book this week. Thanks, Robin (9/4/2009)
Response: Hello Robin! I will have no problems at all in delivering your car and boat/trailer combination during your timeframe. I do carry full insurance protection and can provide all documents prior to pick up. I really don't think that the 8 footer would hinder anything as long as it doesn't intervene with the trailer. I can place it at an angle with it resting on a pad on top of my crewcab and simply secure it down. There would be no additional costs involved as my bid would be the final bid. Hope I reassured you and your thoughts and I know that your belongings will be safe and delivered as I said it would...all the way to Florida! Thanks for replying! Chris (9/4/2009)
Response: Ok, I'm booking with you. I can fit the dinghy easily in the bed of my 08 Dodge Mega Cab(short bed)and tow the trailer without any difficulty. When do you want to leave to head down? Thanks, Robin (9/4/2009)
Response: Hi Robin! Thank you! I am very flexible and willing to work on what"s in your best interests. By accepting my bid, we will be able to communicate and perhaps meet and formally introduce each other personally. I do know that I can get your vehicles off the storage asap if you need it done so. I'll be standing by waiting on further contacts from yourself. Once again, Thanks! Chris (9/4/2009)
