Question: I have a few options for you. Cheapest is terminal to terminal, If this is an option I can give terminal addresses for both ends. 2nd option is terminal on only one of the ends, 3rd and most expensive is resident to resident w/ lift gate truck on both ends. pick an option and I will bid accordingly.
