Question: Hello. My truck is not lift-gate equipped & the pick-up location doesn't seem to have a dock. Would there be help available for loading? Also please confirm that the delivery location does have a dock/forklift available. I can provide you with a quote of $300.00. I am fully licensed & insured. Response: No loading dock or forklift at origin. Amount of help available at origin is unknown, and he is a newbie to freight shipping. Forklift and assistance at destination on weekdays only. (8/25/2009)
