Hello, this is William Donohoe, owner of The Shipping Shack, Inc. I personally oversee all of our shipments here on U-Ship. You will be given all of my personal contact information once our quote is accepted. This includes my personal email address, office phone number, cell phone number and our physical office address. You will be given a copy of the LTL bill of lading for the prior to pick up driver's arrival or prior to you dropping off your shipment at the origin terminal. The LTL trucking pick up driver will assign a PRO tracking number at time of pick up or by the terminal employee if you drop off. You will be able to track your shipment on line after PRO number is entered into the system with an estimated transit time to the destination terminal.
