Hi Glenn, We are a home delivery service that focus mainly on special care items. The turn around time on a shipment like yours would be within 10 business days of pickup and we could pick it up within 3 business days of bid acceptance. You will also receive a call at least a day before pickup letting you know which day and around what time we will be arriving to pick up the item and again at the other end, you will receive a call to let you know when we will be delivering.
