Hello Sharie, this is William Donohoe, owner of The Shipping Shack, Inc. I personally oversee all of our shipments here on U-Ship. You will be given all of my personal contact information once our quote is accepted. This includes my personal email address, office phone number, cell phone number and our physical office address. You will be given a copy of the LTL bill of lading for the prior to dropping off at origin terminal. The LTL terminal employee will assign a PRO tracking number if picked up or the terminal employee will give you when you drop off your shipment. You will be able to track your shipment on line after PRO number is entered into the system with an estimated transit time to the destination terminal. Your shipment must be packed properly to avoid damage during transit. Our quote includes your shipment on a fork lift able pallet.
