Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight - Transport Only is the most basic level of freight service available. The customer is responsible for packaging the items in accordance with freight standards using boxes, pallets or crates. The base level is loading dock service, which requires the customer to load and unload the items into and out of the truck. The freight company is solely responsible for transporting the goods through the established hub-and-spoke terminal trucking system used for freight transport. Optional "accessorial" services, such as lift-gate loading/unloading, inside pickup, and residential service are available for an additional fee. ****PLEASE NOTE RATES ARE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED.****

we will send a large reputable freight carrier ( we ONLY USE DOT regulated common carriers, licensed, bonded and insured) to your door (if its on the ground floor) to pick it up - once picked up it is assigned a tracking # and can be tracked on the carriers website - we don't do inside pick ups or deliveries unless its a garage
