Question: Hello Shipper, we are a small, independent moving company based in Iowa City, IA. We are professional full service movers with great rates. A few questions: 1. Is there anything preventing semi access at both ends? ie tight turns overheads less than 13'6" or bridges w/ weight restrictions. 2. How many stairs would be involved at each end? Response: Hello. 1. We are not aware of any conditions preventing semi access at either end; we don't think there are any. 2. You would be moving items from the bedroom and family room of a split level home. From the front entryway There are about 7 stairs up to the bedroom and 7 stairs down to the family room. The Seattle destination is a one story apartment with level access from the street. Thank you for your inquiry. (5/25/2007)

If not, is the inventory you listed complete and accurate? Also what kind of a time frame are you looking to move in. Specific dates? weeks, ect. Response: Hello again. I would estimate my shipment to weight between 1800 - 2000 lbs. The inventory listed is very accurate and complete and I can get into the apt. anytime after June 1. I would really appreciate it if the delivery date could be pushed up to June 10 or earlier. Let me know. (5/26/2007)

Response: Hello Billy, I have a question about a previous response that you made about the stairs. I listed the number of stairs as 7 going up to the 2nd level and 7 stairs going down to the family room. Are you charging me more for stairs exceeding the number 4 or am I reading this wrong.
