Question: do u still need this service?
(1/8/2007)

Response: Hi, I sent you a bid request and was wondering if you rebid on my request? If you did can you please confirm that you will take care of loading the articles in Austin TX, and unloading in Redwood City, CA?
Thanks,
Vilash (11/30/2008)

Response: Are there any stairs at either location? (12/1/2008)

Response: Hi,
there are no stairs at either location. The Austin location is a storage unit. It is located on the second floor and is serviced by a humungous commercial elevator. There are several big dolleys available to move stuff around.
I currently live in CA, do I need to be in Austin when you pick up. Also I will need the items to be delivered by Dec 20th and latest by Dec 21st. (12/1/2008)

Question: How much feet are you needing for this cargo move and what budget are you staying within? (12/1/2008)

Response: I have all my stuff in a storage unit in Austin. The unit size is 10x15. I have about twenty boxes and the rest is furniture and rugs. Everything is already packed. Will you be able to load and unload the items as well? I would be willing to pay $1800 for shipping, loading in Austin and unloading at my house in Redwood city. Also the items need to be handled with a lot of care, they are really expensive.

Response: Heading to AR then to TX with an empty trailer. Check feedback and you can see the seriousness I take in protection of cargo and zero damages. Full load/unload service included to first port of entry. Please accept to contact pick up details. (12/1/2008)

Response: Hi There,
I currently live in CA and would like to know if I need to be available in Austin when you arrive for pickup. Also I need the items to be delivered by Dec 20th and 21st at the latest in Redwood City, CA. Just wanted to check that loading in Austin and unloading in Redwood City is covered by the bid amount.
When is your intended pick up date?
Thanks,
Vilash (12/1/2008)

Response: Yes everything would be included, and you do not need to be present at your storage facility if you could overnight us the key, access and legal documents. Will be in Austin sooner, if acceptable. Please accept so that I can contact you personally. (12/1/2008)

Response: Hi,
My wife and I take possession of the house on Dec 20, so we will need items to be delivered on the 20 and at the latest on Dec 21. We have family arriving from England on 22nd so it is critical that we receive the furniture on time. You can pick up in Austin anytime you like, as long as they arrive on time in CA.
I noticed some of your feedback stating that you were lacking in communication. This is very important to me, you can see on my profile that I shipped my car and motorcycle from Austin to CA and the reason I liked the shipper so much was because he communicated to me all the time - over communication is better than silence.
Also are you a one person business or do you have several trucks with many drivers?
(12/1/2008)

Response: We have 2 trucks, and 4 guys. Pick up and delivery is ontime but we like at least one extra day for unseen events. Communication is 24/7 but in certain parts on the highway communication is scarse, only due to bad reception. (12/1/2008)

Response: How long will it take to load a 10X15 storage unit into your truck. I am originally from Austin and one of my friends might be there to oversee and also to handover the keys.
Is that acceptable with you?
Most of the items are in boxes or already packed and ready to move. Some of the items like the armoire will need to be packed for shipping.
(12/1/2008)

Response: If the items are ready to go, it should take about 2 hrs to load properly, understand we still will provide shrink wrap, and blanket with cargo ties, this setup takes time but is worth it for zero damage. I will call you persaonly to work out detail via phone after acceptace, sounds like this will be a very smooth transit. (12/1/2008)

Question: delivery will be 19th
Can we plan this for you? (12/4/2008)

Response: Randy, we dont take possession of the house until Dec 20th so if you arrive on the 19th, we can help you unload first thing the morning of Dec 20th or I can check with the current occupants to see if they would be moved out by the afternoon of the 19th or at least clear up the garage so we can unload late evening on Dec 19th.
Will this work for you?
Thanks,
Vilash
