Thank you and I will consider your offer. Basically if bid is accepted you are moving household items, 3 tvs, couch, 2 end tables, coffee table, 1 dining room table with 4 chair, boxsprings, mattress, dresser and all items associated with or being able to live in a one bedroom apartment. Misc boxes for kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 hope chests, computer desk, misc computer, -- everything fits in a storage I think is the a 5 x 10 with room to spare.
thats not much, basically trying to get this nailed down trying to fill that time slot on my way out to texas at the end of the month, we are based out of clearwater area, so the rate you received from us is a fair rate, thanks brian, bgsdelivery

I am already in Panama City FL working. Would I have to meet you at the storage facility and be present during loading. How does that work? There are two locks on the door. I have two sets of keys.
no you wont have to be present, once you accept bid, you can mail us the keys, the code to get in, storage unit number, make sure you have a copy of the keys, and we will handle it from there
Is your contract written firm-price upon acceptance no additional charges can be added upon delivery from anyone? I see a note: additional charges for incomplete information, incorrect information or additional items. What constitutes incomplete information or incorrect information and from who?
In your case that wouldn't pertain to your shipment cause you have told us what to expect before you accepted the bid, so in your case no additional charges will apply, are bid final,
For your information the size of the storage unit is 7 1/2 X 10. And is not full at all. If that helps clarify anything for you also.

What type of insurance do you offer and how much is the insurance?
its the basic, 60 cents per pound per article, to be honest you wont need it everything will be safe and sound, wrapped properly, and its only going a short distance,

Items are currently in storage facility. Not all items are boxed and would require packing or repacking. How would you handle repacking and additional packing requirements?
depends on the items some may get blanket wrapped some may get boxed, if its a box that needs more tape then it will get more tape if its a totally crushed boxed it will be but into another box, mainly just use commonsense, thanks, brian, bgsdelivery
First off your bid is unbelievable and just wanted to be sure if accepted there is an allowance for additional packing (which I know may need). I moved from Tampa and things kind of got thrown into the storage. But it is only for a one bedroom apt -- so not a lot.
