Question: Is this order still needing serviced? I may be in the area within the next week and could do this for $1500 if needed. You can look us up under elite1mover. Let me know asap. Thanks, Bryan (11/3/2009)

Response: we are still debating whether to rent a uhaul or not and we are awaiting a bid from a local office before deciding. We are acummulating more each day. (11/3/2009)

Response: What dates are you looking at? If you desire to load and unload it yourself I could drop a 20' container on you curb side and you load and unload but we transport it to the destination. That would save you $400.
Let me know and I will see what we can do to help you with your relocation.
Thanks, Bryan (11/3/2009)

Response: We would like to have our items arrive about the 21st or 22nd, allowing the week to set up the house. (11/3/2009)

Response: That would be fine, If you can load next week we could make this work.
Once you get your local bid and check out uhaul, let me know if you want us to put in a bid. Thanks, Bryan (11/3/2009)

Response: How wide and tall are your 20 foot containers? (11/3/2009)

Response: 92" wide 94" high and 19'6" long. (almost 8'x8'x20') We get 6,000 - 7000# of HHGS in them. 6,000#s is a typical 3 bedroom apartment. (11/3/2009)

Response: I believe we could fill that space. The addition space would allow us to take along tools and metal cabinets, amongst other things. Will get back to you soon, after we get the mover's bid. Gail (11/3/2009)

Response: The mover should also give you a idea of the cubic feet required for your shipment, along with a weight. That will also assist you in determining if it will fit in a 20' container. Let me know if I can assist. I have been in the moving business over 25 years and I can help answer your questions and concerns. Thanks and enjoy your evening. (11/3/2009)

Response: How much would a 8x8x20 container run and how much time could be have to fill it? What is the maximum weight of contents? (11/5/2009)

Response: We would allow upto 8 hours to load and unload at each end. I doubt the storage or apartment complex would allow any longer. The rate would be $1,100. The weight allowed in the container can be as high as 18,000 lbs.
Thanks, Bryan (11/5/2009)

Response: What would the price be if you loaded and unloaded? Do you have moving pads/blankets?
(11/6/2009)

Response: For the items originally listed my bid would be $1,500 for us to load, wrap, and unload. Yes, if we load we wrap anything not boxed in furniture pads. If your talking about filling a 20 foot container then my bid would be $2,000.
If you load and unload it would be $1,100 per 20' container. I hope all this makes sense. Thanks, Bryan (11/6/2009)

Response: do you have even an even larger container? Can we rent pads from you? One has to cross a wooden bridge to access the house. It has a 16,000 pound weight limit and 35K lbs for emergency vehicles. The road also doesn't have a turnaround for a 18 wheeler. Because of this we have contacted a storage facility in Sandpoint, who would unload and shuttle it on a smaller truck ( as they did with one of our neighbors). So we would pack and they unpack. They would like the container there on Thursday Nov 19. With this arrangement what is the price? Gail (11/6/2009)

Response: I will have two twenty foot containers on the truck. You can use one or both, but I would need to know ahead of time so I dont book another shipment for the other container. We do rent full size moving pads for 50 cent each. Is the bridge restriction 16,000# per axle? Is the bridge length so long that you would have two axles on it at once? The cost for one 20' container with you load and unload is $1,100. Another $1,100 for the second container if you need it. If you load next week Delivery Nov. 19th is not a problem. Let me know if you want me to bid and how many container do you want? Thanks, Bryan (11/6/2009)

Response: Two containers would be too big, so we would take one. What day would you pick up in Santa Paula? We will need to schedule help to met the time limit. What do you charge per hour if we exceed the 8 hour time allowance? (11/7/2009)

Response: If you can load on Wednesday 11-11 I can give you 24 hours. I do need to be on the road Thursday. I will place my bid but I need to know asap because I have other requests that I need to answer weather or not we are available. Thanks, Bryan (11/7/2009)

Response: How does insurance on content go? (11/7/2009)

Response: With you loading and unloading, we don't insure any damages caused by loading, handling, packing or unloading. We do have 200,000 cargo liability and 2,000,000 general liability. So honestly, technically we only insure it if we are in a accident. Thanks, Bryan (11/7/2009)

Question: Hello shipper its me Malcolm I would like to run your load with pick up round the 20th and delivery round the 22nd of nov all this for 1,000. load unload placement and wrap service what you think? (11/6/2009)

Response: We have far more items on the inventory. We need a 8x8x20 or larger. So what would the price be? (11/6/2009)

Response: Ill give you full use of a 26 foot truck for the same price of 1,000 if you have 1 or 2 additional people to help load and unload that truck. Reason for such a good deal is that truck will be in your area with a delivery, once there it has a pickup in idaho with no back haul or load going that way. Were just trying to get fuel paid to go up that way. Cheap service for you no money lost for us, this run would usually cost about $1900 from us thanks Malcolm so what do you say? (11/6/2009)

Response: Does the driver assist in loading and unloading? Is there an extra charge for this? Your truck would need to meet us at the house in Clark Fork the afternoon of the 21 or morning of the 22. When would you pick up the load in Santa Paula? How many hours do we have to load and unload? How much per hour if we exceed that? Do you have moving blankets? What is the rental rate? How many are available? You would need to cross a wooden bridge to access the house, which has a 16,000 pound limit and 35,000 for emergency vechicles (11/7/2009)

Response: Hello shipper in regards to the bridge if it is rated at 16,000 lbs that would not be a problem getting to your house but loading you up and recrossing may be a problem. But if it is rated for emergency trucks at 35,000lbs were fine. How long is the bridge to cross? There will be two people to load and unload the truck. I would like to give you that $1,000 deal but I will need you to be more flexible on dates I can pick up around the 20th with delivery on the 22nd, we have blankets dolly and everything needed to transport your load safely, there is no time limit on loading or unloading the truck, the price will not change and it includes everything. Malcolm (11/7/2009)

Response: You would pick up our items out of a hangar and then have to cross the bridge at the house in CLark Fork. I think the bridge is about 75 to 100 feet. but we can check to make sure. Could you pick up on the 19th, as we are flying out on the 20th and want to be there when you load? Gail (11/7/2009)

Response: OK I DONT THINK YOUR BRIDGE IS A PROBLEM, WE CAN LOAD YOU ON THE 19TH BUT IT WONT BE IN THE AM IT WILL PROBALLY BE AROUND 4 PM IF THATS NOT A PROBLEM WERE GOOD TO GO. (11/8/2009)

Response: yes it is me again. Today we are taping off a line and trying to consolidate items to see how much we can add or must delete from our load. What will the interior measurements be 8x8x26? Gail (11/8/2009)

Response: 8X8X24 WILL BE THE SPACE YOU HAVETO USE THANKS (11/8/2009)

Response: We accept your bid bur I don't see where to indicate on the website Gail (11/8/2009)

Response: IM GOING TO SEND YOU A BID IT WILL BE LOW BESIDE IT WILL BE A TAB THAT SAYS ACCEPT BID CLICK THAT BUTTON AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU WILL BE ALL SET (11/8/2009)
