I can be in the pickup location Aug. 30-31 with delivery on Aug. 10. Will a truck and 25 ft. enclosed trailer be able to park at both locations without blocking any traffic? Are there any stairs at either site? All the furniture items would be securely blanket wrapped. Does the base or legs remove from the dining room table? Please let me know and I can ship what you have listed for $2,150. Thanks, KJ
