Response: I charge my customers on thirds. 1/3 on accepting bid as comitment for both, 1/3 on loading, 1/3 on delivery. The bid includes my help only I have hand truck and dolly. If you are near the next job I could have my help meet me thre since you would be loaded first. I will bid as soon as I can. Yes, The 29th will be the loading date and arrival about June 1-2. We have only books, clothes, kitchenware and bedding. No furniture. We have not packed yet and we plan to have all box of approximately the same size, about 50 lbs/box.

Response: You can help me with the loading and unloading. We have only boxes, so two people (you and me) are enough for loading and unloading. The number of boxes is about 20 (may be 2-3 boxes more or less).

Response: Since what you have are household goods, it can not be shipped as comercial as the bid you have does. You need to come to the border with form B4 ready. This form will get stamped come you arrive ahead of me. If there is any taxes due then they may make a note for you to pay them at the time you come to the border to clear customs. Your vehicle goes listed in the B4. I have PARS labels given to me by Canada for comercial items where I use a broekr but in this case you are not allow to use one. If you have any item purchased less than a year from arrival to Canada it is taxable so it is good to havethe receipt in case their books tax it for more.
I then continue to your home to unload. I jsutwantto clear this out before I bid. You should call Canada customs and confirm that. Thanks. (5/3/2009)

Response: Yes they are tax free but only if you have used them for a year. They do not what people to buy a bunch of new things befroe coming into Canada. Also if you are bringing a car you have to fax the tittle to the US border 72 Business hours ahead and get the original stamped so that you can sell it in the future. (5/3/2009)
