Response: I don't know if I have a target exactly. The lowest bid I've received so far has been $741. We are actually shipping what is more like a studio apartment. We're moving an 83-year old lady on a very limited income from one retirement facility in Houston to an assisted living in Benbrook to be near to family in Ft. Worth. We must be as economical as possible. She'll be moving into a space less than 500 square feet. She's moving her twin bed, dresser, a couple for chairs, a few other small pieces of furniture and personal belongings - no appliances. (7/7/2007)

Response: We still have not selected a mover. However, we cannot do the pick-up until the last week in July. We are moving an elderly relative from a retirement apartment to an assisted living facility and the timing is dependent upon when the apartment in the new place will actually be available. Question: I need to clarify. My bid has wrong kind of vehicle listed. I will be bringing an enclosed weathertight 24ft furniture trailer. It is low to ground, easy loading, and I will provide 2 people for loading and unloading. I have the highest feedback at this time of all active bids, and I pride myself on 100% feedback.
