Question: Hi, We are a local moving company. We are interested in your move job. We charge $105.00 per hour with a 2 hour min. There would be 2 guys on the truck. We will load & unload, pad & shrink wrap whats needed.You would have to have all the boxes packed & ready to go. If you want us to pack the boxes it would be extra. Response: Hi, Well I can bid you for our 2 hour min. That would be for 2 hours of service. Anything over 2 hours you would be charged for. So if you would like I can bid you for 2 hours & we can come do 2 hours of service for you. Even if it went less then 2 hours you are still charged for 2 hours of service. If it went over 2 hours or you wanted more then 2 hours then you would be charged $105.00 per hour. So let me know if you would like me to bid for the 2 hours. If so it would be a good idea to get booked in so we have your day booked for you. We do get booked fast sometimes, so we should get you booked in right away. Response: IS that 105 an hour plus gas and milege? We would be looking @ a final price of 210.00 plus gas and milege then? I am on a fixed budget so I can not afford a huge bill here. I hope we can work together here. (8/28/2007)
Response: Hi, The total bid would be $241.10. There is a deposit you will pay on here & at the time of the move we will collect $210.00. This includes gas, mileage, & for 2 hours of service. Question: I can do this Target Price of $276 with a trailer and one ton van but it may take two trips because of the large things like the freezer if I have to rent a 24 foot truck I can do it for $350 ... is there going to be helpers? (8/27/2007)
