Response: Sorry for the delayed response. Pick-up is in Raleign NC in a 5 story apartment building with several easy to access elevators and extra wide hallways - very easy access. In NYC - the apartment is 1 flight up in a brownstone in West Village - the hallways are a bit narrow but no real tight turns - one flight up then a turn to the left and straight into a 3' wide doorway into the apartment -but the hallway is narrow. I'm not sure about a permit, I'd be surprised since it is not in the heart of the city and it is a brownstone versus highrise. (10/4/2009)

We have finalized our plans and are looking for a mover to commit to a pickup on Sunday 11/1 and delivery 11/2 (we are flying up to NY and want to move in on 11/2. I understand your 1-2 day schedule so you can maximize your load. Do you know yet if you would be able to commit to this schedule? Also - does this include full moving/loanding and unloading - your website mentions driver assistance but we would need furniture to be loaded and unloaded for us. Thanks. (10/12/2009)
