Response: ok so would be better to talk to u on phone.. but, I am wondering about insurance and bonded stuff ?? I have a large tv... my concern is that it will be damaged? what is your insurance info. and damage info etc. Also Rob, I read that u were in AZ... U realize I am in south florida. Response: Yes, we have insurance. It's easiest of course to just pack things well enough so they don't get damaged in the first place - if it is undamaged when it goes in the truck it will arrive undamaged. Response: Rob, I was uncomfortabe with the communication paramaters for this system. I went with Allied. Sorry. I will keep you in mind if I need to ship little things in the future. Lauren (7/19/2009)
Response: Okay. You can imagine if people could talk in private right away they'd just make a deal directly and uship would never make any money and they'd have to take the site down. But the up side is you can see how people perform by reading their feedback.
