Question: Hello Shipper, I can pick up between tomorrow the 5th and 7th with delivery in 7-15 days for $895. This is door to door service including loading/unloading, blanket/saran wrapping, along with full insurance coverage. Let me know if this works for you so I can place my formal bid and reserve the space in our trailer. Thank you, Michael Frear. (10/2/2009)

Response: I apologize that I was unable to respond to your e-mail prior to the 5th or 7th. I am curious if you would be able to do it at a later date? I will be in Phoenix unitl Nov. 20th and my things could go prior to leaving Phoenix. Please let me know. I do have a question, the $895 does that cover everything? I asked this because I have made a move before and was blasted with hidden costs at the end. I am not willing to work with movers who will do that to me. I see that you have excellent feedback and am sure you are an honest guy.
Thank You

Response: Hello, $895 includes everything from start to finish unless you have more items to move than what is listed above. I charge by the amount of space you will be needing, so if you have more, I need to charge more. Other than that, there are no hidden fees, taxes, tolls, ect. I will be back in Phoenix at the end of October/1st part of November. Delivery would most likely be in 7-15 days as I do not know if I will be going up to Washington before heading East or just going to San Fransisco then East. If this all works for you, Let me know and I will place my formal bid. Thank you, Michael Frear. (10/8/2009)

Response: I am completely flexible with the pick up and delivery dates. I am very interested in working with you. All of my items are already in storage and wrapped and evertyhing. I am going to the storage unit this afternoon and I will make sure to do a thorough inventory list. I know that it won't be much more, but there may be a few more boxes than I estimated on the inventory sheet. I don't know if this will help or change the price, but everything is in a 10x10 storage unit. I will get back with you this afternoon or early tomorrow with the detailed list. I appreciate your promptness in getting back to me.
Thank You

Response: No problem. Let me know if you have anymore questions for me. Thank you, Michael Frear. (10/8/2009)

Response: I just wanted to touch base with you. I sent you an e-mail earlier in the week, but I am not sure if you got it or not. Are you still interested in working with me? I was just curious what days you might be available to make the move. I appreciate your help.
Jyl (10/16/2009)

Response: Ok, Perfect... Now, is your inventory list mostly accurate? Meaning no other furniture? Is the box count about right with what you have on here? Please let me know and I will place my bid for your acceptance.
Thank You,
Michael Frear (10/16/2009)

Response: It is, there will not be any other furniture added. Do you still have the e-mail I recently sent you with the updated inventory? That is the most up to date, but there is nothing to be added. (10/16/2009)

Question: How full is the 10x10 storage unit?
Thank You,
Michael Frear (10/8/2009)

Response: The 10x10 is full, but there is a little room left. I did do an inventory of what is in my storage unit. Here it goes.....

a mismatch of boxes (total 25) majority is clothes and I may take some of them with me in my car.
Please let me know your thoughts. Also, will you be loading and unloading as well?? Heads up as well, everything is already wrapped and ready to go. I appreciate your help.

Response: How high is everything stacked in there? Half, to the Ceiling, ect.?
Thank You,
Michael Frear (10/8/2009)

Response: Yes, it is filled about half way in height. There is still room for more things if I needed to get something else in there. I could send pictures if there is a way to do that. (10/8/2009)

Response: Yes please upload them on this website.
Thank You,
Michael Frear (10/9/2009)

Response: I have trying to figure out how to upload my photos and am having some trouble. I will continue to try. I'm also not sure how this works since it is my first time using uship, but I got a notification that my listing will expire today. I will have to reactivate it. I just didn't know how it worked if it notified you or not, but I am still interested in using you. I will keep working on the pictures or do you know how to do it? or provide me some tips? I appreciate it.
Thanks
Jyl (10/10/2009)

Response: Would you say that if you stacked everything as tight as you could, could you fit all that you have in an 5x10 storage space? The reason I ask is so I can have a really good Idea as to how much space you will need so I dont under bid or over bid. I charge $195 per foot used on my trailer... I believe you will need about 5 or 6 feet on my trailer. As far as the picture, just keep trying if you can... Once you renew the listing send me a bid request on it.
I want to work for you so lets just keep up the communication!
Thank You,
Michael Frear (10/10/2009)

Response: I will be absolutely honest, I am not a great judge of space. I am sure that if things were stacked a little bit better, my storage space would not appear to be as full. Plus if necessary I could put some of the boxes with my clothes in my car as I will be making the drive as well. Here is my biggest concern, as mentioned to you in a prior e-mail, I don't want to accept a bid and then have you pick up my stuff and add an additional amount to the price. I guess I am asking if the quoted price would be a guaranteed price? Will you come and look at my stuff and then say that it will be more than quoted? Not saying that you will be like this, but I ask because I was taken by my previous moving company for an extra $250. I don't want to come across as a hard guy because I am very easy to get along with, but I will not be paying extra. What is quoted is what I will pay. Again, you have excellent feedback and that is why I am interested in working with you. Still working on the pics. (10/13/2009)

Response: Yes I am interested... I would like to see a picture though before bidding. There should be a way for you to upload a pic.
Thank You,
Michael Frear (10/16/2009)

Response: I finally figured it out. There should be pictures up now. I don't know how great they are, but there is definately room to stack more things, but the previous movers didn't input it that great. Feel free to let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks (10/16/2009)
