Im Really not to sure though because I've never had to deal with any of my household items being damaged. The way I do it is I will pick up all of your items and bring them back to our warehouse where I will build a custom to crate to best fit your items, doing so keeps everything very compacted and safe from any outside factors damaging your goods...
