1 Bedroom Apartment

Response: Hello I created this acct when browsing for an estimate on a move i plan to make next summer. So if you are still willing to do this then, I may enlist your services, but a re-evaluation of funds has put my estimate down to $1000.00. I dont know if you can go this low. The items would include 2 small light desks, about 20 milk crates full of books, maybe five boxes of kitchen stuff, a small dining room table w/bench, a love seat, and two normal sized chairs. We would provide the loading/unloading. I have no idea of volume, 100 cubic feet maybe? I really dont know. (11/13/2009)

Response: In this business timing is everything. If I need to be in some place where I will be charging extra for commiting to their prefer date, I can then do a lower bid to get there. Also if I have jsut the room in the truck for your stuff. The fact that you can do your own loading/unloading helps a lot. I do not bid at cost or close to it for a job far ahead. I also refuse to work below cost (prefer to go empty) because it creates an expectation on future customers and in Uship that I am going to work at a loss. I been there done that... Anyone can give you a low bid if the timing is just right so if you are flexible then you should get the price you want. Take care. Jackie (11/13/2009)
