I am looking to move anytime at this pont. I am already living in TX and my family in MI will help to move my things out of the storage. Response: Well, alot of it depends on my parents to be honest. They are the ones paying you when you get there and pretty much the ones that help me get a fresh start in a new state due to lack of jobs. My dad is goig back and forth and does not likes how high the fee is to use this website. So he is looking into finding a mover a different way or if we have to pay the fee he may use someone else he knows for $50 more. I am sold on you and it works with my time frame, just waiting on a go ahead from the father. I will have you updated by Friday for sure, cause that is the day I need to request a day off for the arrival of my things. (9/23/2009)

Response: My Items are in Kentwood, MI and are stored in a 10 X 13 storeage. I have a king size bed, a long dresser, and a tall one, about 10 rubbermaid storage bins, 15 boxes ranging from small to large, a small kitchen table with w/ 4 chairs, a tall computer desk, a sectional brok down into 6 small pieces, a tv stand, 2 end tables, some artwork that goes on the wall, and a few other odds and ends. Response: Hi Jennifer, we are confused as to your recent comment. Our company use Uship for fill in moves. We are a National carrier that is licensed and bonded. We have trucks traveling all over the US so to simply narrow our company down to one source is ridiculous. We have a truck heading to Tx on for a pick up on the 16th. We do offer insurance and all of our customers are invoiced. We will be one last time and give you the benifit of doubt because you are not familiar with our company. Response: Like I stated I need my things here on the 14th, no exceptions due to my work schedule and traveling out of the area for a while. Also, I read all the comments and the negative one do not give me reassurance of your comepany. Also, some of the positive feeback stated that they had trouble figuring out who they were dealing with when it came to the move. Also, considering the fact that your last email was a little aggressive, and you are "giving me the benefit of the doubt" I as the customer shout be giving YOU the benefit of the doubt. I work in customer service myself, so Price, like I said before is not my main concern. I also look at more then one angle, and not just on the UShip website. (10/10/2009)
