What are the size dimensions of the truck that would be carrying my items should I decide to go with this bid? If I ask for the truck on Feb 28th do employees of your company load my items onto the truck? Do you outsource to other companies and what do you do when you have a customer complaint with the outsourced company? I have heard horror stories from people who have booked with one company and then their items have been outsourced with multiple problems and no one taking responsibility so I am leery on going with a company who will outsource. How much of a warning do you give when you are about to deliver items? Thanks

What is your inventory? Yes, we do load up the truck ourselves. we have access to phone 24hrs a day if you have any question. Driver will call 24hrs before delivery to schedule a delivery time.

Driver will call 24hrs before delivery to schedule a delivery time." one queen size bed, 2 small book shelves, multiple varied sized boxes, as of now I have about 10 different boxes but not everything will be packed up until the end of the month. The only furniture will be the bed and the book shelves.

What are the dimensions of the truck? Also would the driver back up the truck up a small inclined driveway to a garage at the drop off location? Would the movers unload the truck?
