Response: We have truck with liftgate to help with move, three man move and pads shrink wrap, three handtrucks and 4 dollies We also have straps to keep your furniture secured in truck.We will provide contract with item list and LOT #'s.T After the deposit is paid via Uship website, balance is paid to us: 50% paid upon pick up(copy of contract provided stating we have furniture in our possession) and final 50% is paid upon delivery( same copy of contract provided but with signature that you recieved everything in good condition) if for some reason there is an item that is damaged in the process, There is a section on the contract that allows you to describe item damaged before We sign the delivery contract. In other words you are protected legally, We hold the most important rule, Protect your clients furniture as if it were your own,But we will respond if something should happen. It's a small 4 people breakfast type table and glass can be removed. Same with our coffee table and 2 end tables with glasstop ?. I am just trying to avoid the last minute increase in the cost. 2) Is this involved loadin/unloading right ? Would you be able to help me dissemble my queen bed ?
