Response: For pickup the vehicle would need to stay on the street. Walk depends on how close the vehicle can get to the front door, usually just a few feet. The elevator is in the lobby. I think there are two stairs to enter the building. Delivery is to a single story house so you can park in the street and walk maybe 20-30 feet to the front door and less to the garage door. I think the count on the number of small boxes will be closer to 75 than originally reported. Hope this helps. (10/22/2009)

Response: O.K. My bid would be $575. It's not a long move, but it will be time consuming with the elevator. I require only a %25 deposit to secure the job. Response: December 8 is my preferred day. You have help doing this, right? Some items, like my sofa bed require two bodies to move. Yes the lapsed time will be long due to the elevator and the two hour drive down to Indio. Good side, is there will be no major appliances, not even a refrigerator.
