In order to give you a fair and resonable rate we will need to know exactly or as close as you can get to what is being moved. 2). What dates are you looking to be picked up and delivered ? Response: Please provide two quotes; one if you pack for me, and another quote if I pack myself.
Dates would be somewhat flexible, but lets plan for a 8/25/09 depart out of Dallas (75204).
As far as specific items, I have no idea how many boxes it would be. It will be one queen bed, one 3-person sofa and probably a love seat, two flat screen TV's (42''), clothing for two people, kitchen ware, and that should be the majority of everything.
Also, how much for you to tow an SUV as well?

Response: when we place a bid it has to be all inclusive, so I will place 2 bids one will be for full service, (packing included). the second will be for Loading services (everything except packing) as far as the SUV I can do it as well enclosed service with your furniture all together, Let me know what type of vehicle it is. Response: Also, please let me know if I will be the only load in the truck, or if I will be one of a couple packages. An idea on how long from pickup to delivery would also be helpful, including if you will be able to give me an exact delivery date (because some movers give a one-week window).

Response: To give you the best possible rate I would have this shipment loaded with others, yet separated by a wall. I would also give a window, because we do pick up and deliver all across the states we can mot give a definite delivery date. I always keep in contact with my customer to let them know whats going on and you will be well aware of when I will be arriving. The only way anyone will be able to give you an exact delivery day would be to do your shipment direct to you exclusively and that would run you about 5500.00. Does not make since. I have been doing this for 23yrs and never got a shipment mixed up. If you would check out my profile and feedback you will see I take pride in my work and it shows by what others have said. I really hope I can earn your business and through this Q&A process we should be able to iron out any concerns you may have. Response: I understand (regarding grouping shipments), just inquiring. As far as the vehicle type, it is a 2005 VW Touareg.

Response: This is for the items you have listed here I have accounted for about 50 boxes or less + the SUV. If I did just the House Hold items with out the car it would be 1800.00, If you want packing and I supply the packing material it would be 3300.00.
