Response: Nope, there is no elevator at either end. Both apartments are one floor above the ground. Having said that, except the long (not heavy though) couch I moved every object in by myself. I doubt if any of the boxes/ or furniture pieces will be more than 20-25 pounds each. Thanks. (7/22/2009)
