Question: Good morning, I can handle this transport for picking up on 09/17 delivery to Jacksonville port same day before 4:00pm. I have my Transportation Workers Credential Card(TWIC) thats required by the government to enter ports. I'm a owner/operator here in South Florida. Fully licensed & insured.
