Jason told me that they would be ready to load @8AM & they were. Extremely prompt & efficient. We were loaded & on the road in 45 mins. They were @ the destination b4 we could get there. The whole job was done in less than 2-1/2 hours. We couldn't ask for any better service. We give them 2 thumbs up & an A+. Frank w/Mannchem.

Jason and his family were great to deal with. I ended up having additonal boxes, and they worked to make sure everything fit. They are good movers, and very nice people! They had plenty of blankets, padding, dollies, etc., and made sure everything was safely loaded. They are from the area I moved to. If I need something moved in the future, I would definitely look to use them again.

I insisted Jason was insured prior to moving my belongings, which he agreed to. However, upon arrival, he was unable to provide it indicating he left the documentation at home. Once transport was complete, he was still unable to provide any proof of insurance. He didn't tell me until 30 min prior to unloading that he was on crutches. He brought a female friend to assist, but it wasn't sufficient for heavy lifting. My boyfriend and I did a much higher percentage of the move than anticipated.

Thanks Jessica for the feedback. I just want to clear that I just didn't show up with myself and another person. I had my wife, two children and a hired help that I provided, as well as myself who help carried up couches injured. We discussed before you accepted the bid, you and your boyfriend would help load and unload. I don't think my injury caused you any more work on yourself. As far as insurance go, we assured you that we had it, and if it was needed it would be accessible to you.

They were terrific to work with. Very organized about the pick up and delivery. I really appreciated the great communication about the timing of pick ups and delivery. I would definitely work with them again!

Jason & co. were great to work with during my move from Boston to Bloomington, IN--professional, courteous, and champion lifters/haulers/loaders. Jason suffered an ankle injury in the days before my move, but stayed on schedule regardless. I recommend Jason and would use his services again.
Thanks to all of you--you made a difficult move easier. Sorry I didn't get a chance to shake your hands in person at the end of the trip.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
the person purchaseing the dog backed out at the last minute after i acceptted the bid and she agreed to pay for shipping charges- shes no longer buying the dog so i no longer need her shipped at this time-its not a negitive reflection on the person who made the bid or anythuing to do with what he did wrong-i would gladly use him again if i had another dog to ship

Jason and Trina were absolutely great! They are the best independent movers I have had. They were very flexible, extremely communicative. Jason was also very reliable, and professional. He also took great care of my things and used lots of furniture paddings. It was great to work with someone who was flexible with my schedule and price range. They also worked very hard, were on time, and were very efficient with the move. Thank you both so much for your help moving me to Richmond.
