Could use a better loading/off loading system, had to jetison my car off the trailer as ramps were not the right size. Also needs to keep client better informed as to whats going on and give more advance heads up as to when he will arive.

As I indicated earlier to this shipper the car was subject to inspection before I purchased it. The inspection was performed today 8 May and failed miserably. I am no longer buying this vehicle. I want to thank the shipper for their professional kindness and hope to use them to ship another vehicle real soon.
