Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time.
i am out over road doing pickups and drop offs..i bid on these jobs out over the road on lap top.. sent customer a email as soon as he accepted bid telling him thanks and he could call office first thing in the morning.. he may want to check his junk mail.. office will be glad to send him all info he needs.. we set this up for pick up in morning.. he can get paper work he needs and then we can pick up monday..never mentioned needing paper work before accepting bid or would have had it ready... t
